ultimately achieve. Of course, we will have some questions for you too to help us
achieve complete understanding and to enable us to work better with you.

The best solutions require someone who listens and interacts with you on an iterative
basis. You understand the problems that you are facing and their boundaries and
as we work together with you to solve them then it is likely to trigger ideas from
both sides. We believe it is important to capture these ideas to help make the solution
one that people want to use.

Having understood the problem and produced the initial ideas, we will begin delivery
of the solution, remaining flexible throughout as changes can and do arise. This
may be advice on different ways of using tools you already have or it may be a complete,
bespoke solution.
